Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to coordinate dining room operations and ensure an exceptional resident dining experience. You will supervise dining staff and manage staffing coverage to deliver prompt, courteous service in a polished setting.

You will train staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards, maintain proper setup and cleanliness, and relay special requests to the culinary and service teams, supporting a high standard of atmosphere and food quality.

Qualifications

• One year prior experience in a front-of-house setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer experience.
• Prior experience supervising dining room staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments.
• Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed.
• Training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service.
• Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas.
• Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals.
