Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to join our culinary team in Florida. You will coordinate dining room operations, ensure adequate staff coverage, assist with special requests, and direct food service to residents who rely on high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of front-of-house experience, a high school diploma or GED, computer skills, and prior supervision of dining room or restaurant staff. This position may require evenings and weekends.

• Prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all dining staff, including table and section assignments.
• Ensure adequate staffing for dining room services and assist where needed.
• Train dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards and service quality.
• Ensure proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room areas and service spaces.
• Relay special food requests and comments to the appropriate individuals.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Dining Room Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating dining room operations. This includes ensuring adequate staff coverage, assisting with special requests and directing effective food service. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

Responsibilities-- Dining Room Supervisor

• Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
