Job summary

Tradition Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server for a full-time role at our Houston Buffalo Speedway community. The server will prepare meals per recipes, assist with sanitation, and help manage inventory while upholding high standards of service.

The position reports to the Director of Dining and offers competitive benefits, including health insurance and 401k, within a luxury senior living environment that values compassion, excellence, and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting.
• Possess strong culinary skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant style service related to meal preparation and timing.
• Ability read and follow recipes.
• Possesses good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our resident's fine dining experience by providing excellent customer services and managing high level tasks in a fine dining setting.
• Be able to style, quality and timeliness of meal service.
• Make sure to keep the kitchen and service areas clean.
• Meal presentation (appealing plate, entrée availability and timeliness of preparation).

We are currently seeking aFull-time Serverat ourHouston - Buffalo Speedwaycommunity. In this role, you will be responsible forthe timely preparation of meals with a high-quality presentation. Prepare meals according to approved recipes and preparation guides. Assist with sanitation of the food service areas and the receiving and inventory of supplies and products. Maintains a safe, sanitary environment and follows regulatory guidelines.The Dining Room Serverreports directly to ourDirector of Diningwho oversees day to day operations of the community'sFood & Beveragedepartment.
