Job summary

The Arbor Company’s Arbor Terrace Exton in Exton, PA is hiring friendly dining team members to provide restaurant-style service to residents. Earn $14.50–$16.00 per hour, plus free meals, PTO, and a supportive workplace recognized for excellence.

You’ll work with the culinary team to deliver warm meals, assist residents with special requests, and build meaningful relationships while growing your hospitality skills.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
