Job summary

Twin Farms in Vermont is seeking warm, dependable AM Servers to join our Dining Room team. Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux property, we deliver personalized service with polished, genuine style for breakfast, lunch, and special events.

You’ll greet guests, describe menus, take and serve orders, communicate dietary needs to the kitchen, maintain dining room presentation, perform side work, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hospitality preferred, but training available.
  • Warm, confident, and professional communication skills.
  • Genuine enjoyment of taking care of people.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service during breakfast, lunch, and special events.
  • Greet guests and confidently describe menu and beverage offerings.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate dietary needs, allergies, preferences, and special requests to the culinary team.
  • Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas.
  • Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables.
  • Assist with room service as needed.
  • Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Job Description

Twin Farms is seeking warm, dependable, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Dining Room team as AM Servers.

As a Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux property, we are known for highly personalized service, thoughtful attention to detail, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our service style is polished but genuine - never scripted.

Available Shifts

  • 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hours may vary based on business needs.

What You’ll Do
