A Day in the Life of a Dining Room Server

As a Dining Room Server you cheerfully attend to each resident’s mealtime needs. You greet guests with a smile, serve food and drinks, clear tables, and interact with the senior adults, getting to know them and providing exceptional service. You are an integral part of a winning team that makes a difference in the lives of assisted living residents.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required. A friendly and cheerful personality, strong customer‑service instincts, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Work Schedule

This full‑time or part‑time position typically works between 11:00 am and 7:30 pm.
