The Arbor Company is hiring a server to join our dining team in a role focused on hospitality and resident satisfaction. You will deliver restaurant-style dining with care, bring cheerful energy to meals, and assist residents with special requests in a collaborative dining room setting.

Teamwork is essential as you help keep the dining room clean and inviting, while maintaining courteous, respectful relations with residents. This position emphasizes positive engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
• Ability to maintain positive resident relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner.
