Merrill Gardens at Rockridge is looking for a friendly Senior Living Dining Room Server to join our team. You will professionally serve meals in a restaurant-style dining room and provide a high level of service to residents and guests, supporting their wellness journey with dignity.

Dining Room Servers are responsible for:

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant‑style dining room.
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler's Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
