Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a friendly, hospitality-minded Server to join our dining team. You will deliver restaurant-style dining with warmth, ensuring residents feel valued during every meal service.

You’ll bring cheerful energy, assist residents with special requests, and collaborate with teammates to keep the dining room inviting and spotless. A level 2 background check is required and resident relations matter in daily service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
• Ability to maintain positive resident relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner.
• Deliver restaurant-style dining services with a hospitality focus.
