Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide hands-on table service in our on-site restaurant and assist with special events in our Assisted Living community.

The role is non-tipped with a steady schedule, opportunities to learn and grow, and a culture that values teamwork and guest satisfaction. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to efficiently multi‑task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands‑on, hospitality oriented position.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on‑site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
