Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for use and set tables for guests.
• Refill salt and pepper shakers; fold napkins and maintain supplies.
• Stock dishes and glasses; keep floors and carpets clean during shifts.
• Serve water, coffee, bread and food as required.
• Promote positive guest relations and knowledge of events on the property.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training; maintain confidentiality.
• Operate within policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
