Responsibilities

• Clear dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently.
• Clean and reset tables for the next guests, ensuring proper table settings.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages when needed.
• Refill water glasses and provide bread or condiments as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in bus stations and surrounding areas.
• Assist in keeping restrooms clean and stocked as assigned.
• Ensure all used dishes are brought to the dishwashing area in an organized manner.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
