Job summary

The Dining Services Server at Covenant Living CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice provides prompt, courteous service to residents and guests during meals, including serving, cleaning, and bussing tables in the dining room and Bistro. You may also assist with special events and light prep.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a current Food Handler’s Permit, and preferably ServSafe training; strong communication, teamwork, and attention to safety are essential in a compassionate senior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required.
• ServSafe training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to residents, guests and staff.
• Assist in food preparation and bussing tables.
• Open and close dining rooms and clean as scheduled.
• Prepare salad bar items and desserts for service.
• Maintain sanitation per safety guidelines and state regulations.
