Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dining Room Attendant at RANDOLPH COLLEGE to welcome guests, assist servers, and maintain a clean dining area. You will contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive service, plate clearing, and table maintenance.

Open availability for varying shifts is preferred, and prior customer service experience is a plus. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the Sodexo team.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in dining by setting tables with napkins, china and glassware.
• Pour water for guests and clear/clean tables; serve when needed.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive service to dining guests.
• Remove dirty dishes, linen, glassware and flatware; transport to designated area.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned per client requirements.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $1.75 per hour - $21.30 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Dining Room Attendant at Sodexo, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. By serving, clearing, and cleaning the tables, you will improve the quality of life for those who we serve. Your dedication to customer service brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist servers in the dining room; including setting tables with clean napkins, China and glassware, pouring water for guests and clearing/cleaning tables, and serving when needed.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to dining guests.
• Removes dirty dishes, linen, glassware and flatware from table and counter tops, and transports items to designated area
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
