Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead our restaurant/food service team at Marco Island. This role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant/food industry, strong communication, and familiarity with Word, Excel and online systems.
