Stellar Senior Living’s Thunderbird Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Lead Server to oversee the flow of service from kitchen to residents in a 5-star dining room. Open availability, PM shift (10:30am–7pm) preferred.

You will lead a team, assign roles, serve food with professionalism, ensure the dining area stays clean and properly set up, and perform dishwashing duties as needed. We offer competitive pay, benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, and growth opportunities.

Job Description

Our Dining Room Lead Servers are part of a team that is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the residents in our 5-star Dining Room.

Open availability, PM (10:30am-7pm) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during service, assigning roles and working with the Dining Room Supervisor for continued success
• Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
• Keep restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectation
• Dishwashing duties during shift as needed

Qualifications

• 1 Year in a lead server role
• Knowledgeable in team leadership roles
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Communicate effectively in English
