Punch Bowl Social is seeking a Host to greet guests, manage seating, and help deliver a memorable experience. You’ll be the first and last friendly face guests see, setting a welcoming tone and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates bring energy, strong communication, and teamwork. Prior restaurant or bar experience is a plus but not required. This on-site role offers flexible hours in a vibrant, inclusive setting.

As a Host, you’re the vibe‑setter—the first face guests see and the last one they remember. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.

But there are a few skills you should have from the get‑go:

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
• You've got attitude (the right kind, of course)
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
• You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Answering phones and taking take‑out orders
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready
