Responsibilities

• Provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while overseeing production.
• Ensures high quality, well-presented food and beverages within established time frames.
• Reviews menus and production needs to manage daily operations.
• Monitors staff to ensure systems, protocols, and QA tools are applied correctly.
• Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction, communicates with staff regularly.
• Enforces safety and sanitation standards, signing off on cleaning procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
