Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a friendly dining server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests in our senior living communities. You will assist with tray and beverage service, reset dining areas after meals, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a supportive team culture, opportunities for development, and a benefits package with

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist with tray service and beverage service.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls and assist with cleaning and resetting dining room.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings and follow confidentiality policies.
