- System Lifecycle Management : Maintain full awareness of all information systems under your responsibility, including their purpose, configuration, and lifecycle status.
- Data Security : Understand and manage the sensitive data stored, transmitted, or processed by these systems.
- Security Principles : Enforce best practices such asleast privilegeandleast functionalityto minimize risk.
- Incident Awareness : Identify potential information security incidents and understand your role in theincident response process.
- System Design : Architect and implement information systems that align with user needs and the organization’s overall IT architecture.

- Lead and contribute tocomplex, high-impact projectswith strategic importance.
- Designhighly optimized systems and processesbased on extensive experience and best practices.

Qualifications- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Experience:Minimum three years relevant information experience, required.
- Licensure/Certification:Obtain application system certification; pass all certifications within three attempts for each test or project, required.
- EPICCare Ambulatory certification strongly preferred.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
- For NMG DPS Billing Supp-NonTech:
- Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; understands and can apply knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, patient attribution, HEDIS and other quality details, and federal and state regulatory requirements; ability to analyze and resolve issues at a detailed level, researching requests for reports, data reconciliation, data distribution and user support. Ability to work efficiently and accurately, and to plan and organize work. Ability to travel to other Novant Health facilities on occasion.
