With 7+ years in dimensional engineering and strong communication, you will mentor teams, deploy global standards, and drive data-driven decisions using AI and advanced tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years in dimensional engineering or related fields.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and dimensional strategy experience.
• Experience with body structures, exteriors, closures, and launches.
• Familiarity with CMM/Scanning and MSA/SPC.
• Ability to lead projects and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead dimensional integration and GD&T activities across programs.
• Define dimensional requirements for components and assemblies.
• Develop variation and sag analyses using specialized tools.
• Support supplier reviews, gauge reviews, and launches.
• Mentor teams and deploy global dimensional standards.
• Collaborate across design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure robustness.
