Job description

What a day looks like

Picture starting your shift on the production floor, shoulder-to-shoulder with machinists and engineers. You verify a first piece, fine-tune a PC-DMIS routine, and step over to a Hofler gear inspection machine to validate critical features. Before lunch, you update calibration records; by afternoon, you’re coaching a teammate on a best-practice measurement method and wrapping up an ISIR for a customer. Throughout, you’re ensuring every part conforms to customer, company (RGC), and industry specifications—protecting quality at the source.
