Pratt & Whitney PSD in Springdale, AR, is seeking a Dimensional Inspector for a 3 days/12 hours shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 am–6:30 pm). Inspect engine cases with prints, layouts, gauges and other measuring tools to verify conformance to work instructions. The site performs receiving, in-process and final inspections.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience; aerospace experience is preferred. Strong safety culture and comprehensive benefits are offered.

What You Will Do:

The Aftermarket Repair organization (PSD) located in Springdale, AR is looking for a AWW shift Dimensional Inspector. 3 Days/ 12 hours shifts. Friday - Sunday; 6:00 am- 6:30 pm This site employs 158. Pratt & Whitney PSD provides the aviation industry with capabilities for specialized repair of gas turbine engine cases and components.

• This position is responsible for processing and inspecting a variety of engine cases to determine and verify conformance to work specifications using prints, work instructions, layouts, gauges, calipers and other measuring equipment.
• Performing visual and dimensional inspection as part of receiving, in-process and final inspections and reporting any discrepancies found during the inspection process.
• Working with engineering specifications, industry standards, repair manuals, and customer requirements.
• Performing work using scribes, verniers, calipers, height gages, depth gages, micrometers and indicators.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum of 1-year of relevant experience
