Atlas Fibre manufactures advanced composites and thermosets for Automotive, Aviation, and Aerospace markets in Northbrook, IL. Your role will focus on turning complex GD&T into reliable Calypso programs and robust inspection strategies.

You’ll verify calibration, run inspections, and generate traceable reports while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to prevent nonconformances. Expect a hands-on, growth-oriented environment at our Northbrook facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct CMM programming experience.
• Hands-on with Zeiss CMM and Calypso (preferred).
• Advanced GD&T knowledge; strong print/CAD interpretation.
• Precision measurement mindset and attention to detail.

Atlas Fibre manufactures advanced composites and thermosets for the Automotive, Aviation, and Aerospace markets from our facility at 3411 Woodhead Dr, Northbrook, IL 60062. Weve expanded our Quality Department with a world-class Zeiss CMM, and were growing.

Your impact

• Build and refine Calypso programs for new and legacy parts.

Must haves

• 3+ years of direct CMM programming experience
• Hands-on with Zeiss CMM and Calypso (preferred)
• Advanced GD&T knowledge; strong print/CAD interpretation
• Precision measurement mindset and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Inspection work in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or composites
• Bilingual ability
• Experience with composites/thermosets materials
