Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a field technician in Texas to support water transfer operations. You will load and unload layflat hose and related field materials, operate pumps and generators, and move equipment between sites while following safety procedures.

Strong communication with crew and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in water transfer or oilfield roles, a valid driver’s license (21+), and must pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of water transfer or oilfield experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 21+.
• Pass a background check and a drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload layflat hose, field materials and equipment onto trailers.
• Observe machine operations, gauges and adjust pumps to maintain specs.
• Drive trucks and transport equipment between job sites; perform safety tasks.
