Job summary

Walmart is hiring for an overnight stocking associate at the Aberdeen, MD location. This full-time role involves unloading trucks, stocking freight in the backroom, and lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds. Some positions may require operating forklifts or other heavy machinery as needed.

In addition to hourly pay, employees may receive annual or quarterly performance incentives and various premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed. Benefits and PTO are available per Walmart policy.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
