DIGITIZATION ASSOCIATE, Libraries, to contribute to imaging activities for digitization; perform imaging of paper-based materials; convert documents to TIF and other formats; use OCR and image processing applications; conduct quality control; and meet production goals and deadlines. The position collaborates with staff and vendors on digitization projects; applies appropriate imaging practices; and operates various capture hardware and software. Responsibilities include image processing, metadata embedding, file preparation, troubleshooting, and project tracking. The position also supports team workflows, participates in professional development, and collaborates with staff across the Libraries to solve problems and improve efficiencies.
