Qualifications

• 3+ years of physics-based simulation experience required.
• Manufacturing/industrial background, preferably stamping or press simulation.
• Digital twin and virtual commissioning experience.
• Programming in Python, C#, or MATLAB for automation and analysis.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols and MBSE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity 3D simulation models of stamping lines.
• Build digital twin environments representing full press line behavior.
• Run steady-state and dynamic simulations to optimize throughput.
• Validate models against real plant data and improve fidelity.
• Maintain the press model library and updates in simulation software.
