Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery, an Oshkosh company, seeks a Digital Technology Intern to support end users in both office and manufacturing settings. You’ll handle incidents, perform software and hardware tasks, and follow documented procedures in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

The internship runs in summer with potential extension year-round. relocation or commuting to Spartanburg, SC is required, with May 2027 or later graduation preferred and a 20–40 hour weekly schedule depending on school breaks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Digital/Information Technology, and able to work 20 h/w during school year.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Spartanburg, SC.
• Graduation date on or after May 2027; able to work 40 h/w during winter/summer breaks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Digital Technology support for end users in office and manufacturing environments.
• Follow documented software installations and hardware configurations.
• Address incidents and repeatable tasks; use the ticketing system.
• Develop communication skills through daily end-user interactions.
• Support a cooperative technology team to meet deadlines.
