General Mills in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking entry-level technology trainees as part of its Digital & Technology program. This full-time opportunity offers exposure to Design, Build and Run technology solutions across global teams, with a 12-month rotation across two roles and hands-on business impact.

Participate in community building and knowledge sharing events such as Code Camp and AI Summit.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS, Software Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
• Grad date of December 2026 or Spring 2027

The base salary for this position is $90,000. At General Mills we strive for each employee’s pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their role. The salary for this role represents the factors considered in the hiring decision including education and degree obtained.
