  • Provide goals, coaching, performance feedback, and career development support tailored to individual and team needs
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify business goals and formulate product strategies across multiple LOBs
  • Create and manage product roadmaps supporting product strategies and ensure cross-roadmap alignment
  • Manage Technology Product portfolio, creating a holistic POV and drive product changes to improve/optimize the product portfolio
  • Employ product management best practices, responsible for product roadmaps and requirements while utilizing Agile (Hybrid), Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to aligns business and product strategies to prioritize initiatives
  • UseJiraandConfluencefor product tracking, documentation, and collaboration
  • Also work as a hands-on Product Manager setting the example and standards for the Product Management team
  • Establish and refine Product Management frameworks, presentations, tools and communications
  • Monitor product health and business objectives using KPIs and data-driven insights
  • Identify and resolve product challenges working closely with vendors, business partners, and the technology teams
  • Create a culture of clear, quality, concise, and timely communications, while strategically using the various communication tools, including email, chat, wikis, gantt charts, and slideware
  • Serve as a key liaison between business partners and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes

Position Overview

The Director, Digital Tech Product Management provides strategic leadership for a team of Product Managers responsible for product strategy, portfolio management, and business partnerships that deliver complex, cross-functional technology solutions. This role combines strong people leadership and coaching capabilities with deep expertise in product management, Agile methodologies, and software development practices. The position is accountable for developing talent, driving operational excellence, establishing product management standards and frameworks, and ensuring the successful delivery of business and technology outcomes. The Executive Director serves as a key liaison across business, technology, and vendor organizations, championing a data-driven approach to product strategy, prioritization, and execution while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration

Qualification Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical product management or engineering leadership, with 3+ years in a people management role
  • Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile development, SDLC, and product management best practices
  • Hands-on experience withJira,Confluence, Figma, Trello, Smartsheet, and other related tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing complex software product initiatives
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, or a related technical field
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed technology organization, ideally delivering a variety of software solutions
  • Worked in companies at different levels of operational maturity (startups, growth, established)
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supervising both hourly and salaried Members, as well as third-party contractors and vendors.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
