Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability accounting within a matrixed CPG company.
• Experience with data governance and controls.

• Proven track record leading digital programs in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital sustainability strategy across Mars Snacking.
• Own sustainability digital program and process design, aligning with key stakeholders.
• Define and manage data flows between regions, divisions, and centers.
• Define and communicate data controls and processes for external reporting.
