Job summary

PDS Optical is seeking a Digital Technician for our Fort Lauderdale Optical Lab. This onsite role handles the optical manufacturing equipment to block, generate, polish, apply backside coating, and laser lenses to the designated curve on the concave side. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Work hours are Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm with a starting pay of $16 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and encourage veterans and military spouses to apply.

• Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 8 hours.

The Digital Technician responsibility is to control the optical manufacturing equipment that blocks, generates, polishes, adds backside coating, and lasers the lenses to the designated curve on the concave side of the lens. The shift is Monday - Friday, from 6:00am - 2:30pm. The starting pay is $16/hr.

No previous experience is necessary, we will provide training.
