Job summary

Connor Group is seeking a Manager-level Workday professional to join our Digital Solutions practice. You will lead Workday implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support for finance clients, applying your accounting and systems expertise to deliver tangible value.

This role offers close collaboration with senior clients, mentoring of junior staff, and the chance to accelerate your leadership and technical skills within a boutique firm backed by Big 4–quality processes, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, or the equivalent.
• Workday certifications required.
• 5+ years of direct Workday implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• 25% travel to office or client site, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday projects and implementations for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to solve complex Workday challenges.
• Mentor junior staff and drive project success.
