Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager – Legal Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will partner with law firms to grow and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads and signed cases while ensuring legal advertising compliance.

• 2+ years of experience in programmatic media or digital marketing.
• Experience in digital advertising sales or business development, preferably in legal.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO, LSA, SEM, and digital performance metrics.
• Ability to build relationships with legal practices and understand their unique business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management & Sales Growth: Acquire new law firm clients and expand relationships with existing legal partners.
• Strategic Consultation: Provide industry insights and customized digital advertising strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Solution-Based Selling: Use a full-funnel approach across website, SEO, paid search, paid social, and programmatic strategies to drive qualified leads.
• Client-Centric Approach: Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with decision-makers, focusing on ROI and growth.

The Digital Solutions Manager Opportunity:

Townsquare Ignite has expanded its specialty division dedicated to the Legal vertical, supporting law firms across practice areas such as personal injury, mass torts, criminal defense, family law, and other high-intent legal services.

As a Digital Solutions Manager – Legal Specialist, you will serve as a trusted growth partner to law firms by selling and managing performance-driven digital marketing solutions designed to generate qualified leads and signed cases. This role is highly consultative and client-facing, focused on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue through tailored, compliance-conscious marketing strategies.

You will work closely with internal Media Buying, Account Management, and Creative teams to ensure client goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on ROI, scalability, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Management & Sales Growth: Drive digital sales revenue by acquiring new law firm clients and expanding relationships with existing legal partners across key practice areas.
• Strategic Consultation: Act as a trusted legal marketing advisor, providing industry insights and customized digital advertising strategies aligned with each firm’s growth objectives, case volume goals, and geographic markets.
• Solution-Based Selling: Leverage a performance-driven, full-funnel approach combining website solutions, SEO, paid search (Google Ads, LSAs, YouTube), paid social, connected TV, and advanced programmatic strategies through Ignite to drive qualified leads and signed cases while adhering to legal advertising compliance standards.
• Client-Centric Approach: Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with law firm decision-makers, offering expertise in legal marketing trends, competitive market dynamics, and ROI-focused digital strategies.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the pre- and post-sale process in partnership with internal teams, ensuring campaigns are launched strategically and continuously optimized to exceed client expectations.
• Performance Analysis: Utilize reporting and analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, translating performance data into actionable recommendations that drive incremental case growth and long-term client success.

Additional Expectations:

Participate in regular virtual team meetings with the camera on to foster stronger collaboration and engagement, ensuring active communication and connection with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in programmatic media
• Experience indigital marketing, advertising sales, or business development, preferably within the legal
• Strong knowledge ofprogrammatic advertising, SEO, LSA, SEM, and digital performance metrics.
• Ability tobuild relationships with legal practices and understand their unique business needs.
