This role is responsible for the successful delivery of projects by managing scope, budget, timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Works closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, flag and mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Contributes to process improvements and applying standard project management practices to ensure consistency and quality.### **Essential Job Functions*** Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget in alignment with client’s digital priorities and outcomes.* Develop and manage key detailed project artifacts, such as charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs to drive clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.* Apply and adapt standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools to fit project and client needs, ensuring consistency and quality across engagements.* Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including service lines, industry groups, enterprise functions, vendors, and client teams ensuring a high-quality client experience.* Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate risks or issues to leadership.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and governance, facilitating decision-making forums, managing stakeholders, and driving timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.* Provide clear, concise, actionable, and consistent updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, key decisions and discussion topics.* Proactively manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project performance against financial targets.* Partner with change management and business stakeholders to support user adoption, readiness, and realization of intended business outcomes.* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance Digital project delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration. **REQUIREMENTS** **Experience**4 years of experience working in project management required. **Education**Bachelor's degree required.
