Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Digital Merchandiser for the US market, based in the Greater Boston area with hybrid/remote options. You will enhance the digital shelf, audit PDPs, and drive actionable insights to boost eCommerce performance.

Collaboration with the team will shape omnichannel strategies and retailer partnerships. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ years in Digital Merchandising for eCommerce, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
  • Experience in Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while handling many projects.
  • Proficient with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 1+ years of experience in Digital Merchandising within eCommerce.
  • Experience with consumer-packaged goods and/or children’s category.
  • Live in the New England area preferred.
  • Role can work remotely but relocation to Enfield, CT in the future.
  • Weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Ignite the Digital Experience by setting up and optimizing AMS PDPs with compelling titles, text, and images.
  • Audit and report on digital shelf quality during high-traffic periods in the AMS Region.
  • Submit audit reports with actionable recommendations to enhance impact.
  • Collaborate to source assets and content to amplify PDPs during peak traffic seasons.
  • Develop insights to unlock eCommerce sales potential.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ignite the Digital Experience! Dive into setting up and optimizing AMS PDPs with captivating titles, engaging text, and eye-catching images. Keep our digital shelf sparkling by actively auditing and reporting on quality!
  • Maximize Peak Performance! Assess the digital shelf quality for our customers in the AMS Region during high-traffic moments—your insights will be key!
  • Drive Actionable Insights! Submit timely audit reports to the Associate Digital Merchandiser, highlighting key findings and proactive recommendations to enhance our impact.
  • Elevate Customer Journeys! Collaborate with the Associate Digital Merchandiser to source compelling assets and content that will amplify our PDPs during peak traffic seasons.
  • Unlock Sales Potential! Develop insights and share opportunities that will supercharge our eCommerce sales—your creativity can make a difference!
Digital Store Auditing (50%):
  • Transform Brick & Mortar Insights! Utilize digital resources (photos & survey data) to conduct impactful audits on Dedicated Core and Third Party Merchandising Labor (3PL) activities, ensuring excellence daily and weekly.
  • Spot Trends, Seize Opportunities! Track and analyze audit performance to identify growth areas and recommend strategic actions that drive success.
  • Elevate Account Direction! Play a vital role in updating and developing account direction for our 3PL partners—your leadership will guide us forward.
Leadership and Development (20%):
  • Be the Change-Maker! Exemplify proactive and forward-thinking behavior that anticipates milestones and crafts innovative solutions.
  • Understand, Lead, Succeed! Deepen your knowledge of retailer priorities and omnichannel strategies to position the LEGO Group as a leader in retail execution.

Do you have what it takes?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field with high level of academic achievement; or equivalent working experience

  • Experience in Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Sales or other relevant field
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills vital to present and communicate critical information and programs to partners within LEGO and at B2B eCommerce partners
  • Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while handling many projects at once
  • Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications
  • Proven understanding of MS Office with particular emphasis in Excel and Power Point
  • 1 years+ of experience in Digital Merchandising within eCommerce
  • Experience with consumer-packaged goods and/or children’s category
  • Live in the New England area is preferred
  • This role can work remotely but willingness is required to relocate to Enfield, CT in the future
  • Weekends and holidays can be required to work

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $0.00 - $38.60 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
