Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on video capturing and editing experience
• Experience with digital conversions and handling AV equipment
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with online media formats, distribution tech and AI tools preferred
• College degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Capture, produce, and edit multimedia content for internal use
• Collaborate with editors to trim and assemble video segments
• Work with content directors to align video with project vision
• Upload video content to distribution servers and convert media files
• Photograph firm events and staff headshots; edit digital images as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of video trends and best practices
