• Support QA/UAT and evaluate impact post-launch.

Job description

The Digital Product & Personalization Specialist leads personalization, experimentation, and digital optimization initiatives across web and app experiences. This role manages the day‑to‑day operation of the personalization and testing platform and partners cross‑functionally with Marketing and Ecommerce Teams to deliver customer‑focused experiences that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.

Personalization and Experimentation

• Manage and optimize the personalization and experimentation platform across web and app
• Assist with developing and executing the personalization and experimentation roadmap
• Lead A/B tests from hypothesis and audience strategy through configuration, QA, deployment, analysis and recommendations
• Build and manage audience segments, targeting rules, and personalization strategies

Digital Product & UX Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve digital experiences, customer journeys, and conversion through testing and data‑driven optimization
• Partner with Product, UX/UI, Creative, Technology, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to define website and app enhancements
• Support QA/UAT and evaluate customer experience and business impact following launches

Analytics and Insights

• Analyze experimentation, customer behavior, and digital performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure test and personalization performance
• Communicate insights, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Cross-Functional & Program Management

• Coordinate requirements, creative, technical implementation, timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables across teams
• Facilitate recurring testing and optimization planning sessions and maintain testing documentation and processes
• Identify and communicate risks, blockers, and technical constraints to keep initiatives moving

Platform & Process Optimization

• Partner with Technology vendors on platform enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities
• Improve experimentation processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Support strategic digital optimization initiatives and special projects
