Job summary

RS Americas is seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of digital products supporting procurement and value-added services. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders across the business and Agile teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

You will analyze customer needs, manage the backlog, coordinate with UX/UI, and work with IS for SAP integrations.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management, ownership, ecommerce, or related B2B digital experience.
Strong research and analytical skills; able to structure problems and query data.
Experience working on a cross-functional Agile team.
Experience managing a product backlog and roadmap.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to present to executives.
Autonomy and ability to work with 3rd party resources and vendors.
Knowledge of web architecture, usability and end-to-end product delivery.

Responsibilities

Build and own the digital product roadmap for eProcurement capabilities and related digital areas, with procurement stakeholders.
Develop actionable insights from large search data sets.
Operate with a customer-first mindset and deliver value early and often with the Agile team.
Translate the product vision into an actionable backlog with UX/UI focus.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
Manage full product lifecycle from requirements to releases; coordinate with design and development teams.
Collaborate with IS and external vendors to ensure SAP and internal system integrations.
