Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Product Management Lead Consultant to drive the modernization of the Admin System platform. You will work with business, technology, architecture, and operations partners to understand user needs, analyze processes, and deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will contribute to product discovery, define requirements, and manage the product backlog while tracking metrics to guide prioritization and decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product discovery efforts to understand customer needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, business and operational stakeholders to define requirements and support product roadmap development.

• Author, refine, test and accept user stories and requirements.

• Define and monitor product metrics to measure outcomes and inform prioritization decisions.

Job Description

The Product Management Lead Consultant is responsible for contributing to the definition, delivery, and ongoing management of capabilities that support the modernization of Allstate Dealer Services' core Admin System platform. This role works closely with business, technology, architecture, and operations partners to understand user needs, analyze existing processes and systems, and help deliver solutions that improve customer and business outcomes.

• Contribute to product discovery efforts to better understand customer needs, business processes, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, business and operational stakeholders to define requirements and support product roadmap development.
• Analyze business processes, systems, integrations and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, modernization and improved user experiences.

Experience

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes and system interactions.
• Experience working on platform modernization, system migration, digital transformation, or legacy replacement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into manageable pieces.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
