Job summary

Motion Recruitment is helping a leading financial services firm in Charlotte, NC find a Digital Product Manager for a 12-month contract on a hybrid basis. You will own digital product initiatives, collaborate with security and engineering teams, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

You’ll work within Agile/Scrum, manage backlogs, contribute to AppSec programs, and ensure secure development practices across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner within a product operating model.
• Strong background in Application Security (AppSec) required.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to translate strategy into detailed product features and execution plans.
• Experience managing backlogs and driving prioritization.
• Strong collaboration and communication with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Digital Product Management.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to resolution of complex situations meeting policies and compliance.

• Software Composition Analysis (SCA)
• Vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Checkmarx, TruffleHog)
