Job summary

Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, a global design and technology studio, is seeking a talented designer to craft digital products for leading brands. You will collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to shape concept, UX, and visual design from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• Portfolio samples demonstrating digital product design.
• Strong ability to solve design problems and deliver strong solutions.
• Excellent execution and care for design from concept to delivery.
• Ability to synthesize findings and articulate design rationale.
• Experience in an iterative, collaborative environment with daily sharing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Stay 100% focused on making great digital products—target is clear.
• Work iteratively with the team on concepts, user flows, visual design and prototypes.
• Attention to detail and care for design execution from concept through delivery.
• Participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch to optimization.
