Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a product-focused professional to understand business objectives and translate them into clear user stories and backlog items for the engineering team.

You will collaborate with business owners and partners to align on direction, coordinate third-party integrations, and lead POD scrum meetings in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Strong communicator with customer-centric mindset required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a product role or requirements intake role.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools; experience writing user stories or the ability and desire to learn quickly.
• Experience with ecommerce tools and website design a plus, especially WebSphere Commerce
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
• Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy.
