Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital content production, social media, publishing operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of YouTube mechanics, analytics, SEO, and audience trends.
• Experience developing short-form and platform-native content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Data-literate with ability to translate analytics into actionable decisions.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with multiple publishing deadlines.
• Familiarity with podcast distribution workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital-first content formats (clips, reels, shorts, trailers, carousels) for YouTube and social platforms.
• Lead as the audience-focused content lead within the team, optimizing content for platform performance.
• Lead marketing and promotional positioning of releases across digital platforms.
• Conduct audience and platform research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage end-to-end publishing workflow across YouTube, social, and podcast platforms.
• Prepare and optimize YouTube uploads (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, tags).
• QA across platforms and assets post-publish.
• Coordinate with video editors on clips, subtitles, and delivery timelines.
• Write/review titles, descriptions, and publishing copy aligned with SEO best practices.
