You’ll curate key surfaces like the homepage and app, write engaging headlines and promotional copy, and use performance data to reach more readers with the journalism that matters most.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in digital/web production for a publisher
• Familiar with CMS and newsroom workflow tools
• Strong news judgment and ethics
• Knowledge of SEO and audience strategy
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as news dictates

Responsibilities

• Publish stories in CMS with accuracy and clear formatting
• Write engaging headlines and social copy for platforms
• Curate homepage, app, and article pages using news value and data
• Support distribution through newsletters, alerts, and social posts
• Monitor analytics to identify high-potential stories for packaging and follow-ups
• Assist with comment moderation and digital operations as needed
• Maintain high editorial and style standards across digital platforms
• Consider accessibility and reader experience in presentation
