Responsibilities

• Support analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and digital workflows.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and maintaining business applications and systems.
• Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders across functions.
• Create and update system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
• Support data collection, validation, reporting, and dashboard development.
