Job summary

Vericast in Kentucky is seeking a Digital Printer Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role focuses on efficiency, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced printing environment.

You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot digital printers, collaborate to meet shift production goals, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

Expect lifting 15–30 lbs, standing 8–10 hours, and a benefits package after 30 days including medical, dental and vision, PTO, tuition assistance, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Mastering our digital printing equipment like a pro! You’ll be setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace because safety = success.
• Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
• Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day (staying active!).
