Job summary

Vericast is seeking a Digital Printer Operator to join our Louisville team on the 3rd shift. The role focuses on operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production goals.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Friday 2:30 PM–10:30 PM with a pay rate of $17.50/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential; occasional overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Mastering our digital printing equipment: setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals per shift.
• Maintain communication during shift overlaps to boost plant performance.
• Keep the workspace safe, clean and organized for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure quality control standards so prints are precise and accurate.
• Lifting 15–30 lbs frequently and standing 8–10 hours per day.
