As part of a worldwide franchise, AlphaGraphics Kansas City’s clients and projects vary from small orders of business cards for local companies to direct mail, signage, or graphics for well-known brands. What you will do on a regular basis:

• Operate digital printing presses and complimentary bindery equipment.
• Complete projects in a timely manner using our production process.
• Develop solutions and creative applications for using our equipment.
• Take pride in an organized, clean, and well-maintained production facility.
• Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking.
• Basic IT, math skills, and ability to use a computer.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table.

• Be willing to take direction but work independently.
• Take the time to understand what you're being asked to do.
• Be willing to ask for help, identify issues, and learn from your mistakes.
• Follow a process but be willing to adjust when necessary.
